基于FCA指標篩選的新産品開發項目績效評價

摘要：通过对目前新产品开发項目績效評價指标不合理、评价结果主观性强等的分析，建立了基于平衡计分卡的新产品开发項目績效評價初选指标体系，并运用模糊聚类分析方法对其进行分类，筛选出适合H公司的新产品开发項目績效評價指标体系；运用熵权法对指标进行赋权，做到主观评分和客观赋权相结合，从而增强了评价的合理性和科学性。

Abstract：Through the performance evaluation analysis of present new product development project, we find that the evaluation index is not reasonable, and the evaluation result is subjective. So this assay first set up preliminary evaluation index based on BSC, then classified it using FCA, and filter the performance evaluation index of new product development project suit for H company; And then an entropy method is used to give the weights of the evaluation indicators based on the evaluation, so that the performance evaluation can be more rational and scientific.
